Date: March 8th, Saturday

Time: 1:00-3:00 pm pm

Location: Compass Rose Cottage

Cost: $25 per class or $60 for the entire 3-Part Series. This class is limited to the first 20 students.

The Details: During, The Healthy Living Lectures-3 Month Course, we will go through the steps,(in 3-Parts), that Simone went through to lose 80 pounds in ten months. The March class will be all about organic foods. We will eat a deliciously prepared meal, made with all organic foods. During the month of March, class participants are encouraged to eat only non-processed, organic foods.

  • There will be two class 'field trips. The first is to a raw food restaurant,(time/date to be decided by the class). We will each order something different and sample all that was ordered. The second field trip is to Compass Rose Cottage for 'movie night' on Saturday, March 22 at 1:00 pm. Yes, delicious organic popcorn  will be served. 
  • One yoga class per week, is included with your payment. Please see the website for the yoga class schedule.
        


The 'Evolution of a Woman Companion Guide' will be available for purchase at this workshop. The Companion Guide is a 30 day journaling and lesson book  that guides you through your raw food journey.

Date: October 10, Thursday

Time: 6:30-8:30 pm

The Details: During this 3-Month, 3-Part Healthy Lifestyle Series, we will go through the steps,(in 3-Parts), that Simone went through to lose 80 pounds in ten months. The October class will be all about processed foods. We will eat a delicious meal prepared by Chef Areeya, and have yummy Halloween treats,(all non-processed). Class participants are encouraged to bring a Halloween treat, made with non-processed foods. During the month of October, class participants are encouraged to eat only non-processed foods.

  •  There will be a class 'field trip' to the pumpkin patch on Saturday, October, 19 at 10:00am.
  •  There will be a 30 minute on-line class every Saturday at 2:00pm. The on-line classes will be recorded for those who are unable to attend the 'live sessions".

This is a potluck so please bring your favorite raw/vegan dish!

We will enjoy delicious raw foods while we watch the movie, May I Be Frank, which follows the gripping journey of Frank Ferrante's 42-day raw diet. After the movie we will have a Q&A and I will share my personal story of how I lost 160 pounds,(80 pounds on a raw diet), by changing my lifestyle.


Before the movie you can register for the three month 'Lose Weight and Heal Our Bodies' class which begins on January 25th! Follow the steps that Simone Simpson took to lose 160 pounds.
